Your responsibilities
You must have the rights to any image you upload, and the permission of any person depicted. Editing images of real people requires their consent; model-release requirements may apply for commercial use.
Public images
Finding an image publicly online does not grant you the right to use or edit it. Publicly visible people retain their image rights.
Generated outputs
Generated images may still contain protected brands, designs or likenesses. You remain responsible for the lawful use of your outputs.
What the confirmations mean
The confirmations you complete before uploading a real person record your declaration. A checkbox alone is not legal proof of consent — keep your own documentation.
What Nocta may do
Nocta may block or remove content when rights concerns arise, and accepts takedown requests from rights holders and depicted people through the Copyright and takedown process.
